While we love your little ones, we unfortunately cannot accommodate children.

We ask that guests embrace the formal dress code. That being, suit & tie, floor or below the knee length gowns, and pantsuits. Let’s celebrate in style!

Our ceremony will commence at 3PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive at 2:30PM.

Your presence on our special day is the greatest gift of all, and we are just thankful to have you part of it. However, if you would like to contribute a gift, there will be a wishing well available at our venue.

Please note that though there is parking at our venue, it is limited. For this reason, we respectfully request that where possible these car park spaces are left to our elderly guests.

We have arranged for a bus to transport guests with pick up & drop off at three locations in the Hunter Valley. Please see our ‘Travel + Accommodation’ link for further details.
